Valet Parking Instructions
Valet: Enter from Century BLVD at the FIRST driveway. The sign read "Valet Parking". After coming into the driveway, please follow signs towards "Valet Parking" and locate a valet attendant. They will help you. Please have either the mobile or printed copy of your receipt handy for review to ensure a speedy transaction. A valet attendant will assist you through the process. During this process, the Valet Attendant will cautiously park your vehicle in the facility designated for valet cars only. At the front drive, you will wait for a blue shuttle with a "Hilton LAX" indicator that passes approximately every 30 minutes. This shuttle will take you quickly to the airport, and it will make stops through every terminal. Upon your return, you will stop by the Valet Booth and present them with your itinerary to finish the process.
Self-Parking Instructions
Self-Parking: Enter from Century BLVD at the SECOND driveway, immediately after the Valet Parking entrance. Please look for Hilton "Self-Parking Entrance" to ensure you are entering the Hilton Parking Garage. All guests using this choice have the comfort of an entirely covered parking facility with 24 hour security. After entering the parking structure, you will need follow signs and drive towards the THIRD FLOOR (P3) to find the entrance gates. Each reservation has a QR Code that you will use to scan to open the gate. You can use a paper copy or mobile device to scan the QR code, but if using a mobile device, it is recommended that you have the itinerary with the QR code saved as WIFI can be restricted depending on your phone carrier. Once the gate opens, you can park in any open space that you find from the Fourth (P4) to the Sixth (P6) level. Once parked, you will find the closest elevator and select the option (L) indicating Lobby Floor and locate the front entrance of the hotel. . At the front drive, you will wait for a blue shuttle with a "Hilton LAX" indicator that passes approximately every 30 minutes. This shuttle will take you quickly to the airport, and it will make stops through every terminal. Upon your return, you will need to scan the QR code once again to open the gates.
In the case that QR code is NOT scanning, cannot pull up your reservation, lost email confirmation, etc., please follow these instructions:
Once reaching the third floor (P3), please pull a ticket as if you were a hotel guest and save this ticket. You will have to visit the Valet Booth situated at the front drive upon your return, where a cashier will review your reservation and issue you an exit voucher. Without the voucher, you will not be able to leave the parking facility and will have to ask for assistance at the exit gates.
