Changes / Cancellations
Each reservation has its own cancellation policy which determines whether or not you are eligible for a refund, either partial or in full. Please review the policy shown on your Reservation Receipt.
Generally, as long as you are not in conflict with the Hotel Cancellation policy, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If you only prepaid a portion of total in advance, please call the hotel directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt and request a cancellation number. Be sure to include the hotel's cancellation number with your online submission.
If your reservation was prepaid in full, it is not necessary to contact the hotel before submitting your online request. Please refer to your reservation receipt to see how the cancellation policy will affect your refund.

If you reserved a night at the end of your trip, the hotel may collect the balance due at the beginning of your parking stay; no refund will be issued if you choose not to spend the night on your return.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused parking days if you return earlier than expected.
If you need to make a date change to your reservation, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. Be sure to include your name, email address, Reservation ID number, and requested change. We will contact the hotel on your behalf to make sure they can accommodate your request. In some instances, it may be necessary to cancel the reservation and submit a new one for the correct time frame.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Making a Reservation
To make a reservation, please return to the ParkSleepFly.com home page to enter your trip information, including your departure airport and parking dates. Enter the number of guests and click the SEARCH button to see a list of available hotel packages in that area.
You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability. Once you have made your selection, please click the SELECT or BOOK button to proceed to the Checkout page. Please confirm the dates under the Summary on the right side of the page. If any information is incorrect, you can click the "Change" link to make modifications. Complete the requested information under Guest Details, enter your Payment Information, and click the BOOK NOW button. Your Reservation Receipt will then appear on screen; a copy of that receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided.

After clicking "Reserve Now," please be patient - it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; an additional copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Your receipt contains all the information you will need, including:
- Hotel name, address, and phone number
- Reservation details (dates, amount paid, estimated balance due)
- Cancellation Policy

Many hotels will allow same-day reservations, based on availability. Please enter your trip information on the home page to check rates and availability for your travel dates.
Reservation Receipt
To request an email copy of your Reservation Receipt, click 'Help' at the top of the page, then choose the 'Reservation Receipt' tab and complete the requested information. A copy of the receipt will be sent to the email address you entered when the reservation was submitted.
If you have already logged into your account, please click your name at the top of the page and select ‘My Reservations.' You will see a list of your reservation history. Please click one of the options from the left side of the page to retrieve a copy of your receipt.
If you are having trouble receiving an emailed copy, be sure to check your spam folder. You may need to add [email protected] to your ‘whitelist’ or make other adjustments to your settings in order to ensure that your email provider delivers our emails to your Inbox.

To print a copy of the receipt from your screen, you can use CONTROL-P (for PC) or COMMAND-P (for Mac) to access the print window. Depending on which browser you are using, you should also be able to print a copy of the receipt by using the FILE or TOOLS option in the menu bar. In addition, you should receive a copy of the receipt at the email address you provided during the reservation process.

All prices and amounts listed on your receipt are part of the 'Payment Details' section and outline the specifics of your overall reservation cost:
- The 'Total' amount shows your total cost for your reservation.
The amount will include our Service Fee (or booking fee). The 'Service Fee' is what we charge for providing a platform for comparison shopping, discounted price, and customer support.
Any Coupon Codes or Credits will also appear on your receipt and will effect your Paid amount.
A tax estimate will also be shown on the receipt. Despite making this estimate as accurate as possible, the actual end price charged at the hotel (if any) may vary slightly.
- The 'Paid' amount shows the amount you prepaid to secure your reservation. In some cases this may be the full amount of the reservation cost , in others it may only be a portion of the reservation cost, i.e. the reservation Deposit. The 'Deposit' is a percentage of your package's total cost credited by the hotel upon your arrival.
- The 'Remaining Due' amount will show you the amount you need to pay upon arriving at the hotel. This is any applicable amount that remains after your prepaid amount is taken out.
Any changes or additional services transacted directly with the hotel will not show up on this receipt and will appear as an additional charge at the hotel.

At the Hotel
The hotel’s address and telephone number will be provided on your Reservation Receipt, along with a link to an online mapping service.
In most cases, complimentary transportation between the hotel and airport is provided via shuttle. Please read the information and reviews on the hotel page prior to submitting your reservation, since shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. In some instances, there may be an additional transportation fee, especially for cruise port passengers.
Please be sure to allow ample time before your flight departure for transportation. We recommend discussing transportation details with hotel staff when you arrive. They can also advise you of their return procedure.
If you are scheduled to park first and stay overnight at the end of your trip, we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to make sure they will have a shuttle available for your arrival. The hotel’s telephone number will be provided on your Reservation Receipt.
Shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at specific intervals, while others may have more limited hours of operation. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.

Billing
When you make your reservation through ParkSleepFly.com, you will prepay a portion of the total in advance and then pay any remaining balance directly to the hotel. These amounts will be detailed on your Reservation Receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- Additional days of parking, additional guests, or use of hotel amenities will affect the balance due at the hotel.
- There may be a Service Fee included in the total amount. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, customer support, and other valuable services. The Service Fee is not part of the deposit, and will not be credited to your bill by the hotel.
- Transportation, dining, and other features vary by hotel. Please read the information and reviews on the hotel page prior to submitting your reservation.
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
For many reservations, the prepaid deposit amount is fully refundable once you provide us with the hotel’s cancellation number. (If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account.)
The ParkSleepFly service fee is only refundable within 24 hours of the time of booking.
Please note that each hotel has its own cancellation policy – some allow cancellations on the scheduled arrival date, while others require notice one or two days in advance. Your Reservation Receipt will include the specific cancellation policy for the hotel you selected.

Site Help
Many hotels will allow you to stay overnight on the return end of your trip. On the ParkSleepFly.com home page, please select that option from the "When do you want to sleep at the hotel?" drop-down menu. Then enter the dates your car will be parked at the hotel. If you wish to park first but stay overnight at the end of your trip, the first box should contain the date of your outbound flight, and the second box will be the date of your return flight (which is also the check-in date for the hotel). Enter the number of rooms and guests and click the SEARCH button.
The typical ParkSleepFly package includes an overnight stay at the beginning of your trip, but many hotels will also allow you to stay overnight at the end your trip. On the ParkSleepFly.com home page, please select that option from the "When do you want to sleep at the hotel?" drop-down menu. Then enter the dates your car will be parked at the hotel. The first box should contain the date you will be staying overnight before your outbound flight (not the actual flight date), and the second box will be the date of your return flight (which is also the second check-in date for the hotel). Enter the number of rooms and guests and click the SEARCH button.
Some of our hotel partners offer a ParkSleepCruise package, although there may be an additional transportation fee. To check availability, please click the 'More' link at the top of the page and select 'Park and Cruise' from the dropdown menu. Enter your cruise port city and the dates you would like to stay at the hotel, along with the number of guests and room count. Then click SEARCH to see the available options in that area. You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability.

*Visit AirportParkingReservations.com and use the email address you used to book your reservation to sign in to your account. If you are signed into your account, go to the "My Account" link at the top of the page and select 'Parking Reservations.' Click the 'View' button to see your Reservation Receipt on screen, 'Email' to send a copy to the email address of your choice, or 'Fax' to send a copy to a fax number.
* If you are not signed into your account, go to the Help menu at the top of the page and select the 'Reservation Receipt' option. Fill out the requested information and click 'Get Receipt.'

- If your arrival date has changed, please cancel the reservation and make a new one. Refund/credit will be applied per the cancellation policy above.
- If your return time or date has changed, you can still use the reservation. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.

While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of these charges on your Reservation Receipt, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.
ParkSleepFly.com may also charge a Service Fee, which enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping and customer support. The Service Fee is fully refundable if your cancellation is requested within the first 24 hours after the reservation was submitted.
The total displayed on the checkout page is based on the dates and times you entered. Some lots calculate their rate in 24-hour increments, starting at the time your car enters the lot. Other lots calculate their rate by calendar day, which means that each individual date your car is parked will be counted as a full day.
Any applicable taxes and fees will be included in the total - you can click on the blue dot/question mark next to the Tax & Fees line on the checkout page to see an itemized breakdown. While we do our best to provide an accurate tax estimate, the actual total may vary slightly based on changes made locally and will be calculated at the parking lot.
Please remember that the total shown on your receipt is based on the information you entered. Any change to your itinerary may affect the final balance.

Site Help
From the ParkSleepFly.com home page, select your airport of departure, enter your parking dates, and click SEARCH. The next page will display a list of lots in that area, along with map. You can click on the name of each parking facility to see a summary page that includes hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other helpful information.
Once you have selected a lot, click the RESERVE PARKING button. On the next page, please verify your parking dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total for your stay will be displayed under the Order Summary.
On the parking lot's page will be a section called "Location". You can see a map here. You can also click the "Get Directions" link to show you the directions to the parking lot.
In addition, the parking lot's address and contact information will be provided on your Reservation Receipt, along with a link to a mapping service for directions.
Although the initial parking search only includes your parking dates, you will be able to choose your parking times on the pop-up window before the checkout page.

When you submitted your reservation through ParkSleepFly.com, your card was charged the quoted amount for your requested dates. The hotel may also have separate charges for other taxes, destination fees, parking, meals, or certain incidentals, as indicated on your reservation receipt.

If you reservation has a balance due...
If your reservation has a balance due, you will first have to call your selected hotel directly to cancel your reservation and request a hotel cancellation number. You will then need to use the Help tab on our website to provide ParkSleepFlyHotels with your reservation ID number, the reason for cancellation, and the hotel's cancellation number you received. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request within 24 hours of the time of booking you will receive a full refund. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request after 24 hours from the time of booking you will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking).
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Failure to cancel directly with the hotel in accordance with this hotel policy may result in a no-show penalty up to or equal to the full price of the package. ParkSleepFlyHotels regrets that we are unable to waive or negotiate this penalty, as it is a matter of hotel policy, rather than that of ParkSleepFlyHotels.

If your reservation was prepaid in full...
If your reservation was prepaid in full, ParkSleepFlyHotels shall not refund, credit or otherwise reimburse you the amount you were charged online outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy indicated on your Reservation Receipt. If you are not outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy, ParkSleepFlyHotels will issue you a full refund if your request is received within within 24 hours of the time of booking. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours has passed since the time of booking will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee and any other applicable cancellation penalties accessed by the hotel. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking). Use the Help tab to request a cancellation. You will need to provide your reservation ID number and the reason for your cancellation.

Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds or changes under any circumstances.

Generally, as long as you are not in conflict with the Hotel Cancellation policy, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

If you reservation has a balance due...
If your reservation has a balance due, you will first have to call your selected hotel directly to cancel your reservation and request a hotel cancellation number. You will then need to use the 'Help' tab on our website to provide ParkSleepFlyHotels with your reservation ID number, the reason for cancellation, and the hotel's cancellation number you received. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request within 24 hours of the time of booking you will receive a full refund. If ParkSleepFlyHotels receives your cancellation request after 24 hours from the time of booking you will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking).
Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Failure to cancel directly with the hotel in accordance with this hotel policy may result in a no-show penalty up to or equal to the full price of the package. ParkSleepFlyHotels regrets that we are unable to waive or negotiate this penalty, as it is a matter of hotel policy, rather than that of ParkSleepFlyHotels.

If your reservation was prepaid in full...
If your reservation was prepaid in full, ParkSleepFlyHotels shall not refund, credit or otherwise reimburse you the amount you were charged online outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy indicated on your Reservation Receipt. If you are not outside of the hotel’s cancellation policy, ParkSleepFlyHotels will issue you a full refund if your request is received within within 24 hours of the time of booking. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours has passed since the time of booking will be refunded the amount paid online minus the ParkSleepFlyHotels service/booking fee and any other applicable cancellation penalties accessed by the hotel. No cancellations are permitted after your scheduled arrival date (i.e. the first day of parking). Use the 'Help' tab to request a cancellation. You will need to provide your reservation ID number and the reason for your cancellation.

Making a Reservation
To make a reservation for a hotel room only (no parking), please return to the ParkSleepFly.com home page to enter your trip information. Click the Hotel Room Only option, then enter the airport city and dates of stay. Enter the number of guests and click the SEARCH button to see a list of available hotel options in that area.
You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location. Once you have made your selection, please click the SELECT or BOOK button to proceed to the Checkout page. Please confirm the dates under the Summary on the right side of the page. If any information is incorrect, you can click the "Change" link to make modifications. Be sure to review the hotel's cancellation policy before proceeding. Complete the requested information under Guest Details, enter your Payment Information, and click the BOOK NOW button. Your Reservation Receipt will then appear on-screen, and a copy of that receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided.

After clicking "Reserve Now," please be patient - it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; an additional copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Reservation Receipt
To request an email copy of your Reservation Receipt, click 'Help' at the top of the page, then choose the 'Reservation Receipt' tab and complete the requested information. A copy of the receipt will be sent to the email address you entered when the reservation was submitted.
If you have already logged into your account, please click your name at the top of the page and select ‘My Reservations.' You will see a list of your reservation history. Please click one of the options from the left side of the page to retrieve a copy of your receipt.
If you are having trouble receiving an emailed copy, be sure to check your spam folder. You may need to add [email protected] to your ‘whitelist’ or make other adjustments to your settings in order to ensure that your email provider delivers our emails to your Inbox.

To print a copy of the receipt from your screen, you can use CONTROL-P (for PC) or COMMAND-P (for Mac) to access the print window. Depending on which browser you are using, you should also be able to print a copy of the receipt by using the FILE or TOOLS option in the menu bar. In addition, you should receive a copy of the receipt at the email address you provided during the reservation process.

At the Hotel
The hotel’s address and telephone number will be provided on your Reservation Receipt, along with a link to an online mapping service.
In some cases, the hotel may provide area shuttle service. Please read the information and reviews on the hotel page prior to submitting your reservation, since shuttle availability varies by location. In some instances, there may be a fee charged, especially for cruise port passengers.
Most hotels are open 24 hours a day, although there may be restrictions on some amenities like meals, swimming pools, or shuttle service.

Billing
Room-Only reservations submitted through ParkSleepFly.com are prepaid and your card will be charged the quoted amount for your requested dates. The hotel may also have separate charges for other taxes, destination fees, parking, transportation, meals, or certain incidentals, as indicated on your reservation receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- Extended parking, adding additional guests, or use of hotel amenities may result in additional fees due at the hotel.

Yes, ParkSleepFly.com offers hotel and parking packages for many airports. To check availability, please click the "Airport Hotel & Parking" option from the ParkSleepFly.com homepage. Enter your departure airport and the dates you would like to stay at the hotel, along with the number of guests and room count. Then click SEARCH to see the available options in that area.
The basic ParkSleepFly package includes one night's stay in a standard room at the selected hotel, plus parking for the specified number of days (typically 7 or 14). Many hotels also include airport shuttle service. Please refer to the hotel page for additional details, including shuttle information and a list of hotel amenities.
Room-Only reservations typically do not include parking.
During your search, you should see a list of available hotels that fit the criteria you entered. The right side of that page will display a map of the area, including individual icons for each hotel.
