The checkout page (and your Reservation Receipt) will include an estimate of any applicable taxes, based on information provided to us by the hotel. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate of these charges, the taxes will be calculated at the hotel and may vary slightly, based on changes made locally.

Each reservation has its own cancellation policy which determines whether or not you are eligible for a refund, either partial or in full. Please review the policy shown on your Reservation Receipt.
Generally, as long as you are not in conflict with the Hotel Cancellation policy, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Changes / Cancellations
Each reservation has its own cancellation policy which determines whether or not you are eligible for a refund, either partial or in full. Please review the policy shown on your Reservation Receipt.

If you only prepaid a portion of total in advance, please call the hotel directly at the telephone number provided on your Reservation Receipt and request a cancellation number. Be sure to include the hotel's cancellation number with your online submission.
If your reservation was prepaid in full, it is not necessary to contact the hotel before submitting your online request. Please refer to your reservation receipt to see how the cancellation policy will affect your refund.

If you reserved a night at the end of your trip, the hotel may collect the balance due at the beginning of your parking stay; no refund will be issued if you choose not to spend the night on your return.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused parking days if you return earlier than expected.
If you need to make a date change to your reservation, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. Be sure to include your name, email address, Reservation ID number, and requested change. We will contact the hotel on your behalf to make sure they can accommodate your request. In some instances, it may be necessary to cancel the reservation and submit a new one for the correct time frame.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Making a Reservation
To make a reservation, please return to the ParkSleepFly.com home page to enter your trip information, including your departure airport and parking dates. Enter the number of guests and click the SEARCH button to see a list of available hotel packages in that area.
You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability. Once you have made your selection, please click the SELECT or BOOK button to proceed to the Checkout page. Please confirm the dates under the Summary on the right side of the page. If any information is incorrect, you can click the "Change" link to make modifications. Complete the requested information under Guest Details, enter your Payment Information, and click the BOOK NOW button. Your Reservation Receipt will then appear on screen; a copy of that receipt will also be sent to the email address you provided.
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds or changes under any circumstances.
After clicking "Reserve Now," please be patient - it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed; an additional copy will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Your receipt contains all the information you will need, including:
- Hotel name, address, and phone number
- Reservation details (dates, amount paid, estimated balance due)
- Cancellation Policy

Many hotels will allow same-day reservations, based on availability. Please enter your trip information on the home page to check rates and availability for your travel dates.
Reservation Receipt
To request an email copy of your Reservation Receipt, click 'Help' at the top of the page, then choose the 'Reservation Receipt' tab and complete the requested information. A copy of the receipt will be sent to the email address you entered when the reservation was submitted.
If you have already logged into your account, please click your name at the top of the page and select ‘My Reservations.' You will see a list of your reservation history. Please click one of the options from the left side of the page to retrieve a copy of your receipt.
If you are having trouble receiving an emailed copy, be sure to check your spam folder. You may need to add [email protected] to your ‘whitelist’ or make other adjustments to your settings in order to ensure that your email provider delivers our emails to your Inbox.

To print a copy of the receipt from your screen, you can use CONTROL-P (for PC) or COMMAND-P (for Mac) to access the print window. Depending on which browser you are using, you should also be able to print a copy of the receipt by using the FILE or TOOLS option in the menu bar. In addition, you should receive a copy of the receipt at the email address you provided during the reservation process.

All prices and amounts listed on your receipt are part of the 'Payment Details' section and outline the specifics of your overall reservation cost:
- The 'Total' amount shows your total cost for your reservation.
The amount will include our Service Fee (or booking fee). The 'Service Fee' is what we charge for providing a platform for comparison shopping, discounted price, and customer support.
Any Coupon Codes or Credits will also appear on your receipt and will effect your Paid amount.
A tax estimate will also be shown on the receipt. Despite making this estimate as accurate as possible, the actual end price charged at the hotel (if any) may vary slightly.
- The 'Paid' amount shows the amount you prepaid to secure your reservation. In some cases this may be the full amount of the reservation cost , in others it may only be a portion of the reservation cost, i.e. the reservation Deposit. The 'Deposit' is a percentage of your package's total cost credited by the hotel upon your arrival.
- The 'Remaining Due' amount will show you the amount you need to pay upon arriving at the hotel. This is any applicable amount that remains after your prepaid amount is taken out.
Any changes or additional services transacted directly with the hotel will not show up on this receipt and will appear as an additional charge at the hotel.

At the Hotel
The hotel’s address and telephone number will be provided on your Reservation Receipt, along with a link to an online mapping service.
In most cases, complimentary transportation between the hotel and airport is provided via shuttle. Please read the information and reviews on the hotel page prior to submitting your reservation, since shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. In some instances, there may be an additional transportation fee, especially for cruise port passengers.
Please be sure to allow ample time before your flight departure for transportation. We recommend discussing transportation details with hotel staff when you arrive. They can also advise you of their return procedure.
If you are scheduled to park first and stay overnight at the end of your trip, we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to make sure they will have a shuttle available for your arrival. The hotel’s telephone number will be provided on your Reservation Receipt.
Shuttle hours and frequency vary by location. Some shuttles run 24 hours a day at specific intervals, while others may have more limited hours of operation. Please check the information displayed on each lot's page for additional details.

Billing
When you make your reservation through ParkSleepFly.com, you will prepay a portion of the total in advance and then pay any remaining balance directly to the hotel. These amounts will be detailed on your Reservation Receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- Additional days of parking, additional guests, or use of hotel amenities will affect the balance due at the hotel.
- There may be a Service Fee included in the total amount. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, customer support, and other valuable services. The Service Fee is not part of the deposit, and will not be credited to your bill by the hotel.
- Transportation, dining, and other features vary by hotel. Please read the information and reviews on the hotel page prior to submitting your reservation.
Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
For many reservations, the prepaid deposit amount is fully refundable once you provide us with the hotel’s cancellation number. (If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account.)
The ParkSleepFly service fee is only refundable within 24 hours of the time of booking.
Please note that each hotel has its own cancellation policy – some allow cancellations on the scheduled arrival date, while others require notice one or two days in advance. Your Reservation Receipt will include the specific cancellation policy for the hotel you selected.

Most of our hotel partners accept cash and major credit cards. If you have questions about accepted forms of payment at a hotel, please read the information and reviews on the hotel’s page or use the Contact Us page to get in touch with Customer Service. Be sure to include your name, email address, Reservation ID number (if applicable), and the name of the hotel.
Site Help
Many hotels will allow you to stay overnight on the return end of your trip. On the ParkSleepFly.com home page, please select that option from the "When do you want to sleep at the hotel?" drop-down menu. Then enter the dates your car will be parked at the hotel. If you wish to park first but stay overnight at the end of your trip, the first box should contain the date of your outbound flight, and the second box will be the date of your return flight (which is also the check-in date for the hotel). Enter the number of rooms and guests and click the SEARCH button.
The typical ParkSleepFly package includes an overnight stay at the beginning of your trip, but many hotels will also allow you to stay overnight at the end your trip. On the ParkSleepFly.com home page, please select that option from the "When do you want to sleep at the hotel?" drop-down menu. Then enter the dates your car will be parked at the hotel. The first box should contain the date you will be staying overnight before your outbound flight (not the actual flight date), and the second box will be the date of your return flight (which is also the second check-in date for the hotel). Enter the number of rooms and guests and click the SEARCH button.
Some of our hotel partners offer a ParkSleepCruise package, although there may be an additional transportation fee. To check availability, please click the 'More' link at the top of the page and select 'Park and Cruise' from the dropdown menu. Enter your cruise port city and the dates you would like to stay at the hotel, along with the number of guests and room count. Then click SEARCH to see the available options in that area. You can click on the hotel name to see additional information about each location, including shuttle availability.
