Announcement from Shepard Road Airport Parking:
- Check for Reservation Confirmation QR Code in Junk/Spam folder if not found in Primary Email
- Park in your reserved area if Lot chosen and Ramp is where vehicle parks, customer will be responsible for additional charges
- Beginning on 10/6/21 drop-off area will be relocated to current pickup location at Terminal 1
- Do not pull a ticket or press button for a ticket, instead scan your QR Code on the scanner on the left side of the kiosk from your Reservation Confirmation when arriving and exiting to deduct the pre-paid amount.

Upon arriving at Shepard Road Airport Parking, please scan the bar code on your reservation receipt at the uncovered lot entrance or the covered ramp entrance. DO NOT PULL A TICKET. YOUR RESERVATION BAR CODE MUST BE SCANNED. If you have any issues or questions regarding your reservation, or if you have issues scanning your bar code, please inquire with the cashier located in the ramp office. For covered parking customers, please check out at the cashier window.
If you need to park longer than what is listed on your reservation receipt, or if you park in the covered area with an uncovered reservation, you will need pay an additional fee at checkout. Please note, the additional fee will be at the normal daily rate.
The parking garage is a four-floor building with covered parking on the first three floors and uncovered parking on the rooftop. The covered area is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations made for covered parking are not guaranteed for covered parking at this lot.
Complimentary shuttle service both to and from the airport operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Refunds will NOT be issued on-site to customers who pull a ticket at the entrance. Prepaid reservations MUST BE SCANNED both at arrival and exit from the lot.
