Terrible shuttle service, ended up paying for an Uber. When we returned it took 10 calls before we actually talked to a person, then a 20 - 25 minute wait for the shuttle at the airport.

Hotel was very nice, as was hotel staff. Had a great experience with the ParkSleepFly part of the reservation, as well as the hotel itself. Upon our return, I requested the shuttle at the airport and let them know we would be deplaning shortly. The shuttle driver apparently came “saw no one” and left. No one called to confirm that we still needed a shuttle or to see why the driver “saw no one”. We waited for over 20 minutes and had to call the hotel back to get them to send the shuttle again. When the driver arrived he was rude stating that “he had been here before and there’s no way we waited that long.” Disappointed to say the least. I would probably book a different hotel next time based on this.
this hotel was very pleasant, the hotel staff were also very pleasant and professional. The bed was very comfortable too!
Just what I expected from a Hilton
Hotel uses time slots for their shuttle that departs the hotel for the airport. You must book a time slot when you check-in. The shuttle is a small minivan, so can only take one group at a time if you have a lot of luggage. For pickup from the airport, call the hotel directly and they will send the shuttle immediately. We called the hotel after picking up our bags from baggage claim, they asked if we already had our bags (we did), then sent the shuttle immediately and it arrived in less than 10ins from the call being made.
