Secure, well-lit parking lot.
From O'Hare: Take I-294(Tri-State Tollway) to Willow Road, Exit East. Turn Right at Patroit Blvd, then turn Left at Lehigh Ave (1st Light). Hotel is 1/2 block on left hand side. From Downtown Chicago: Take I -94 (Edens Expressway) north to Willow Rd. Exit West. Turn left at Patroit (approx. 6 miles), Turn Left at First Light (Lehigh Ave), Hotel will be 1/2 Block on Left Side. From the North:(Milwaukee, Gurnee, Etc.) Take I -294 (Tri-State Tollway) south to Willow Road. Exit East. Take Willow Rd Approx 3 Miles and Turn Right on to Patriot. Turn Left (1st Light) on Lehigh Ave, Hotel will be 1/2 Block on Left From the West/Southwest Suburbs: Take Route 53 to Palatine Road east. Palatine turns into Willow Rd, Take Willow Rd to Patriot Blvd. Turn Right, Make left on Lehigh (1st Light), hotel will be 1/2 block on left side.

Very nice hotel and location. Quiet!
Great Location north of O-Hare airport, good process for scheduling the shuttle (fill out the form, they call the shuttle service they work with, give them at least an hour to get to the airport), great communication with shuttle service on the return (from airport to hotel)
Great service and nice hotel!
The hotel was nice , clean and in a good location for restaurants and shopping.. We were there for a night catching an early flight in the morning. The person at the front desk was welcoming!

This was the first time I used it. Ohare is a bit away from the hotel and I wasn't sure the driver would be on time. Driver was waiting for me at the exact time. It was a single pick and drop right to my airline. I was expecting multiple pickups. The return was just as easy and fast if you have a smartphone. Driver texted me his car with plate # and where he would be to pick me up. Super smooth and easy. I would definitely use this again. I'm not sure what the Driver is payed so I did leave him a nice tip. The cars were new and comfortable and no fear of breaking down. The hotel I stayed at was more than I needed for a quick stay but the area is very nice.
The hotel fit our needs
Very nice suite, safe parking, and hotel staff (Michael in particular) went above and beyond to get us transportation to/from O'Hare add very early hours. Overall was a great experience and value for the money.
The reason for this rating was due to issues associated with the shuttle service. Upon arrival at the hotel for the evening stay, I completed a form giving information about the return date for the shuttle service. Also discussed with the staff about the time for shuttle service, in the morning, to O'Hare. The next morning, the shuttle service had not been notified about the need for a pickup to O'Hare. The delay was only approximately 20 minutes. On the return date, there was no shuttle service available at our arrival time. I contacted the hotel front desk (Chad) and he stated that he did not have any paperwork for this pickup. Chad contacted a taxi service and made arrangements for the transportation. Unfortunately, the taxi service was informed that the route was from the hotel to O'Hare. I had to call Chad and request that he correct the necessary service to be from O'Hare to the hotel. This delay is service was almost an hour.
Cocktail party at check in was sweet!
Great hotel - very friendly and accomodating staff. The shuttle was really a private transfer that they arranged. Upon return to O'Hare @ 10:30 pm, we received a text from the driver giving us specific instructions about where to meet him. He had been tracking our flight.

The staff was wonderful-as I left the coffee I held spilled-night desk clerk said he would clean up & we should get going to avoid traffic. THANK YOU
The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean but could use a little updating. All in all I would recommend staying at this hotel!
Excellent front desk upon arrival. Called taxi for trip to airport right away. Ride to hotel upon return was excellent. Driver watched our flight which was delayed and sent a text with directions. Would use this location again.

We were very pleased with our experience at the hotel. The room was very well appointed and quiet. The hot breakfast was great. The parking and transportation to the airport worked out very well. There was a glitch on the return trip from the airport that required us to wait at O’Hare but the hotel management handled the situation well. We will definitely return to the hotel and have recommended it to friends and relatives.
