Hotel was clean with no smells. Staff were courteous, room met our needs. Shuttle service was prompt (no wait), going and returning from the airport. Only issue we experienced was with the computer slowness at check-in.
This hotel was ok. They seemed to not have the shuttle service up and running when needed.
Picked up on time even when we had flight delays...friendly, courteous I would always stay at Rodeway and ark whenever I fly...good job!
Could use a little updating
Appreciated the reasonable rate and parking while I was gone. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the airport and that is how long I waited. I felt they responded to my call for pick up right away.
Definitely wouldn't recommend. It added a lot of unnecesary time to an already long trip. Check in took 50 minutes due to undertrained and Inexperienced staff. Airport pickup took 45 minutes because the driver stated that he was at Sam's club. I talked to the assistant manager about these issues and there were a lot of empty promises and lies to attempt to cover up the issues. All he basically could do was say he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do.
Check in process was a little slow, had to verify my portion of the pre-pay. Location was great, room was updated and clean. Left to early to rate breakfast. Definitely stay here again for park, sleep and fly. Shuttle was a little slow but still timely enough to make connections. Best bargain
Quiet room. Bed was good. Good room for the price
Everything was as expected. The park and ride was simple.

Hotel was old but in good shape. Room was large and quiet. Car was plowed IN by at least 10 inches of snow. Shuttle driver told me to drive fast to get out. Good thing I had shovel in trunk. I'm 70 years old and got no help digging out!!!!!
Hotel refused to pick us up from airport. Called when we landed and was told 10-15 minutes, went and stood in below freezing temps for 30 minutes, called the hotel twice to check on status. No answer either time. Waited another 10 minutes and called again, this time I was told the shuttle doesn't run until 4 or stops running at 4, not sure which because the guy barely spoke English. Asked him to refund me for not fulfill the service I paid for and was told there's nothing he can do
Upon arriving and checking in, my charge card was charged twice with two different rates. I will monitor my monthly bill. Lower floor on the street is a noisy experience. Will request a room in the back of the motel next time.
Hotel was a little too low end but served its purpose. Room was fine for one night of sleeping. Would have liked to have seen hot options for breakfast as well as a bigger area like the hotel next door.
Not the cleanest also did not set up shuttle. Did not write down we wanted a shuttle 6:30 AM. Did not get shuttle till after 7:00 AM.
A bit tired looking. Could use more freshening of the general appearance. Would be nice if a long term parking hotel had a service available to jump start cars with dead batteries.
