it was OK but we expected more quality for the cost of staying.
The hotel was close to the airport and the staff were good. It was loud in the halls at night but I imagine that's because people are excited about their vacations and are also getting up early for flights. We had to leave too early for breakfast unfortunately. I like how your parking is nice and close to your hotel. Feels more secure.
Love staying at Residence Inn. Very spacious and all the amenities of home.

Great room, on time shuttle (was actually 5 min early) and a quick pick up upon return.

Had to call for shuttle twice Waited 35 minutes for pick up
Staff were super friendly and the brownies were a great touch for the kids. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the shuttle was prompt and on time both ways. The main thing I would recommend is updating the bedding to some nicer like comforters as it's not very cozy.

This is an amazing hotel, friendly, efficient staff, really clean, large comfortable rooms with a kitchen & living area! Close to the airport with great shuttle service & of course parking for our vehicle!
