Great service very clean
The hotel was great, very clean, very helpful and courteous. Took us to the airport in time and safely. When we returned at 12:30 am we called the number they gave us and they arrived within 7 minutes. I was very happy with their service. The room was very clean and quite. The morning breakfast was excellent. When we travel again we definitely will use your service again. Thank you to very much, Bruce & Nancy Gustafson
Very nice staff. Room was very nice. Shuttle service prompt. Would recommend.
Bed and bedding are comfortable (the most important part). Toilet height is for a toddler—very low! Nice to have an efficiency kitchen too.
Overall all was good.
Clean spacious room. The website stated shuttle service is 24/7 (one of the reasons why I chose this Hotel), however, when we returned from our trip our flight arrived around midnight. We called for the shuttle and Hotel staff told us the shuttle service ended at 11 pm. Disappointing.

Clean and closely located to the airport.
We stayed the night prior to departure. Hotel and desk staff were great. Very helpful in getting us some grab and go food that evening since we had such an early departure in the morning. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and has 24/7 shuttle service. Very please with the room/suite. Lots of room including a full kitchen!

Only a couple of set backs really, the hotel website said the pool was open. I was surprised but the family got all dressed up to swim only to find out the pool was closed after coming down to check it out. The only other difficult part was that we were taking the shuttle at 6:00 am, we were down there a quarter til, confirmed with the front desk that the shuttle was coming at 6:00. Only to have a taxi show up 25 minutes late! I didn’t think much of it at the time but once we got to the airport and saw the lines, we truly almost missed our flight. We had to have someone rush us to the front of the line and run through the airport. Everything else was great! Room was great, service was great.
I would definitely recommend staying at Residence Inn Marriott....ParkSleepFly is the way to go. Great place, staff was awesome..

The Residence Inn was exceptional. Room was clean and all those extras like dishware, full-size refrigerator and stove were nice bonuses on a great room. However, the staff stood out even more than the room... whether it was Pedro fixing our light, Josh transporting us from the airport or Erne at the front desk putting it all together. Erne, assistant manager, has a knack for making her guests feel like VIPs by remembering names and honoring any requests like early check-ins or late check outs within reason. Terrific Christmas experience!
