Everything was PERFECT. I thank you for helping me prepare for my very long day. I covered 3 states in one day!
Nice and clean with very pleasant people working for them. They did what they advertised they would do. Will stay again with them when ever we are flying out of Spokane.

Park,sleep deprived fly is just what it says. Excellent service from beginning to end. Very quick shuffle service, safe place to store my car while away I will definitely use this hotel again

The hotel staff was very helpful given that the ParkSleepFly reservation had not made it to them. They indicated that ParkSleepFly is not authorized to make reservations for them.

This was a very convenient arrangement for our trip. The shuttle was prompt on departure but we had to call twice on our return and ended up walking to the hotel.
The restaurant dinner was excellent. The staff was great when I checked in. The morning check out person was barely friendly. The shuttle bus driver was excellent even though the shuttle was extremely late. My TV didn't work.
Great - convenient location, friendly staff
Hotel is dated. Banging doors late at night to wake up to. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. While there was plenty of food privided at the continental breakfast the food was only adequate, ex. potatoes were Luke warm, bacon was tough.
great service, great rooms, and great people! the staff did a fantastic job with handling my reservation and accommodation. TIP: the shuttle service is on demand so make sure you schedule ahead of time!
