Hotel to airport shuttle was prompt but getting picked up at airport after was over an hour
Th accommodations were fine. The shuttle service was good, the pick up driver was very good.
Pleasant staff, and van service to the airport was excellent.
The room had a musty smell, and it was damp
The hotel is disgusting and should not even be part of parksleepfly. It’s embarrassing for the airport to be affiliated with this establishment. Mold everywhere, filthy, smells really really bad of mold, food and filth. The only positive was a ride from airport to the the hotel after midnight. I can’t even give one star to room quality but had to for purposes of survey. I will never consider staying here ever again.
Was better than expected shuttle was great.miss flight coming home American airlines fault got charged for room I never slept in was disappointed ☹️
We got in late so we did not have high expectations. Everything was good and the the breakfast was well stocked, the staff was very kind and helpful.
Hotel room room was surprisingly nice and comfortable. Rest of hotel was clean but mundane. Service at the desk was very slow. Clerk disappeared for 10 minutes while guests were kept waiting. I had difficulty reaching someone at the hotel when I called to get picked up at the end of our trip.
Prricing and convenience were great. Hotel room was only a 5 0r 6. Bathrooom was old and needed work
Glorified motel instead of hotel. Bugs in the shower, on bathroom walls and floor. Dirty and rust everywhere with holes in the bathroom.

Hotel and the staff were great. The only issue had was that I was charged $7.00 more than quoted by ParkSleepFly. I tried to get it resolve with no success. It was not worth pursuing.
The shuttle pick up service was HORRIBLE! The shuttle after waiting 15 minutes drove right by us, even though we had given exact instructions as to where we were waiting. We were waving and yelling to no avail. Then we had to call 3 more times and it took 40 more minutes to return. We were disgusted!
The hotel itself was fine. The only problem I had was the airport shuttle service on the return. It took one hour from when I called to when I got to the actual hotel. It was very hard to actually reach the shuttle service as well. They gave you a number to call no one ever actually picked up on that number. I had to call the hotel number to actually get them.
Hotel could use some up dating but overall was very efficient.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, one of the quietest hotel stays we have experienced. The shuttle service was excellent. The common areas and hallways could use updating.
I wish I would have slept in my car in the airport parking lot instead of staying at this hotel. I would have felt cleaner and safer. It was disgusting. I didn’t take a shower there because I couldn’t bring myself to use their towels or even get undressed in the room/bathroom. It smelled, it was noisy. I was wondering why there was a sheet on top of the comforter until I pulled it back and saw the cigarette burns and blood stains on it they were trying to hide. I Ubered back to the hotel on my return because the shuttle was slow and uncomfortable with the guy holding his wad of money the entire time obviously insinuating he expected tips. When I got back, unsurprisingly the cops were there. I wasn’t expecting a Hilton, but this was super pricey for a glorified halfway house.
Hotel needs to do much much better with its cleaning. So disappointed. I was nervous with shower and shower curtain.
I have stayed in three of your properties over the last few years. The Microtel was the best one so far. They were efficient and the shuttle worked well both ways.
