Nice Room & Staff
I was very disappointed in the wait time upon our return. It took almost 45 minutes to get picked up. Received different stories in regards to why this happened, but according the the driver the front desk did not tell him there was a pick up until I called a second time.
Very convenient for an early morning flight out of BWI. Rooms are clean and inviting but it's the staff that make it a great option. The lady at the desk and the driver of the shuttle are exemplary. Our car battery was dead upon return and the staff were wonderful in their assistance in getting us on our way home after a long day. Thanks.
Nice Hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable bed. Easy checkin, Close to airport, Shuttke service quick and convenient going to airport and returning.. would definitely recommend this hotel to park and fly.
I only stayed one night but I have no complaints. Good value. Shuttle service is great 24/7.
Great deal for clean, modern hotel room. Downside is, like most hotels, very noisy HVAC system.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice and it was in a great location.
Excellent experience. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Many things in the area. The shuttle to and from the airport was fabulous. We had a very early morning flight and it was so nice to have coffee available to us. Only negative is the parking lot is a bit tight but I felt my car was safe.

Very easy process from start to finish. Price was very reasonable and shuttle service was quick and efficient. Will definitely do this again in the future.
The hotel itself was great.
Hotel was clean and well run. Wake up call didn't work, but front desk said they were busy, didn't get to it and apologized. Luckily we had set a cell phone alarm. The shuttle picked us up right at 31 minutes of waiting. We called at 9:32pm and he showed at 10:03. It was too long to wait at that time of night for a five minute drive. We had a 2.5 hour drive from there. Some of the reviews warned us this could happen. We should have listened and booked at another hotel.

Waited 2+ hours at the airport to be picked to be picked up returning. 3 phone calls to the la Quinta. finally took a taxi. Never again.
Reservation did not transfer to the hotel system. Input was manual with the correct price. Staff was helpful. Room was noisy and could have been cleaner. Overall solid 3 and wld stay again due to convenience. Shuttle service was excellent.
I was a first timer using this service. I liked hotel but it was difficult confirming reservation. Also the phone was out of service on my return. I had to take a Lyft which cost me extra money.
