We loved staying at your hotel. Very comfortable beds and clean. We enjoyed a lovely meal at your restaurant. They kept our vehicle safe while we were away and the shuttle was very convenient. Thank you
Staff was excellent. Hallways are a little beat up and carpet is worn. Room was an airport hotel room. Park and stay option was superb.
The room was spacious and very clean & comfortable. The communication between the front desk and shuttle drivers and their knowledge of the service they provide could be improved. I was using a mobility scooter and was initially told they did not have an accessible shuttle when they actually do have one that they share with another hotel service. It all worked out, but could have been much smoother.
Hotel was fine but parking in front of hotel to unload luggage was crowded or almost non existent. Longterm parking crowded.
Wonderful. Service and hotel/parking was everything as expected.
Very comfortable room. Nice and safe parking lot for my car!
nice hotel, nice room
The only downside was its location. Not that easy to find but I got there! :-)
Very comfy. Fabulous customer service, just wish there was a hot tub.
Friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.
Great room but smelled like stale cigarettes
Hotel was very nice, room rate very reasonable with very easy access to the airport.
Friendly and accommodating staff nice clean rooms but hallway carpets are dirty and have ripples. A good place for overnight stay and great park n fly rates
This hotel is much improved by it's new makeover. Whether there is a new service ethic or not, I can't say for sure but, our experience with the front desk was much more pleasant than previously with more personable and interactive staff. The updating has really improved the rooms and the common area. This appears now to be a serious 3 star hotel, rather than a 'once was'.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It is a little tricky to find if you don't have GPS.
A nice hotel and the parking area was good. Shuttle service ran often. The small in-house restaurant also had good food. There was a some noise from the train, though not often. The description of cost was a bit confusing: the 3-days parking included, was not 3-nights but 2 nights. However the price was good. This was a very convenient option for early flight.
Great!!
Overall, my impression of this hotel is favorable. Clean, comfortable, friendly, very accommodating. Only complaint would be noise: there was a large party, perhaps a wedding party, and folks were out in the hallway very late (after midnight) making a lot of noise. I was worried that the elevator would be noisy, couldn't hear that. But I did hear the loud, inconsiderate people! Kind of a bummer, considering I needed to get up at 3:30 to catch an early flight.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn and it was good in every way. The hotel room and the facility was as good as any first class hotel can provide. The service to and from the hotel was prompt and I never had to wait long for a shuttle.
A great hotel for headed to the airport the next morning. Friendly staff and the on-site restaurant was pretty good for dinner too.
