Upon arrival, enter off of River Road, park in the 15-minute area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel Front Desk in the main lobby for your parking information. The front desk will provide you with a parking tag and a parking pass, once you have these items please take your car to the back parking lot prior to leaving the hotel. Hotel Shuttle Runs from 5 am till 10pm. The last pickup from the O’Hare airport is at 10pm. Shuttle leaves hotel on the top of the hour and half past the hour. Depending on weather and traffic condition, the shuttle arrives at the O’Hare airport in about 15 to 20 minutes. The shuttle pickup location for all flights is at the Terminal 2, Lower level, Door 2C. From International Terminal please take O’Hare Airport Transit System (ATS) train and transfer to Terminal 2. Shuttle runs on schedule, twice per hour and there is no need to call hotel to schedule a pickup. The pickup time is typically at :20 minutes past the hour, unless there is a delay caused by weather and/or traffic conditions. Certainly convenient, and some covered parking. But difficult to find shuttle at airport and even to find the exit from hotel parking lot. Having navigated both once, it will be a breeze to do so again. Which we’ll probably do.
This worked out great. Roberto was the driver that got us to the airport and was friendly, professional and entertaining. I should have inquired about where the pickup site would be at the airport as it was somewhat confusing due to my lack of knowledge.

ParkSleepFly is the best! We recently were heading to Europe for a week. The cost to park at O’hare was outrageous. I found ParkSleepFly and could not have been happier. For the same price as parking alone, we stayed the night before and after our trip. Allowing us the peace of mind of restfulness before and after our journey. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza. It was clean and quiet. Loved the rooms. They have a nice breakfast and coffe shop there as well. I highly recommend this place.

Front desk was helpful explaining where to park and how to get out of the lot when we arrived back. Also liked to be able to park my car myself.

Hotel was good. Easy check in, transport service to the airport, food good. However, we had difficulty returning to the hotel to get our car after the trip. The bus driver to the airport gave us his phone number and said to call him when we returned to O'Hare. and he would pick us up on the fifth level of the terminal and return us to the hotel. We called him when we returned, we were waiting where he told us to wait, but he couldn't find us and was not able to take us back to the hotel. It seemed that we were supposed to go to the second level of the terminal and get in line for a taxi back to the hotel. This worked fine, but was not the information the Hotel shuttle driver gave us when we left. At the end of a very long flight and a trip through customs, it was very difficult to figure out how to get back to the hotel, and our car, so we could drive home. We suggest you make directions back to the hotel and our car, much more clear and not leave them to a bus driver who seemed to be working for multiple hotels.
The room we had was fine-- spacious and clean. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was somewhat regrettable, in that all options-- buffet or a la carte-- were expensive and very generic. Would not do breakfast again there.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Shuttle was right on time to take us to airport and to pick us up. We had a good meal at the hotel restaurant.
