Wonderful experience; made my life much easier!
Shuttle never showed up. Took business card from front desk & used Google trying to call hotel. Never answered phone! Had to take taxi back to hotel. With construction at this airport, some instructions on where they pick up would have been very helpful. Finally got to car hour and a half after landed!
Hotel was nice and clean. No problems with the shuttle getting to the airport. However, upon arrival back in Houston I called the hotel for shuttle to pick me up to return for my parked vehicle and the phone rang and rang and was never answered,so I ended up spending $20 for taxi to get back to hotel. Very dissatisfied with this service.
Staff was friendly and worked with us on getting to the airport in plenty of time even though we needed to be their earlyer than usual. The car was unmolested on our return so all was great.
Trouble with pick-up from airport; this is the second time this has happened. The problem seems to have been communication between the hotel and the driver about which terminal I was at. Both were friendly and apologetic.

Room was not clean. Noisy occupants on floor. We were told cars had been broken into recently. Had to take an Uber to airport because shuttle not available at time of flight. We won’t be using this service in the future.

The people were very good. The room was not as clean as it should have been and not completely stocked - very little shampoo including one partial bottle.
Park sleep fly was good and what I expected.

Hotel was fine. The shuttle took an hour to pick us up. We called several times and kept getting told they were on the way. Horrible service. Won't do again with this service.
Everything was ready and waiting when I got there. Shuttle was prompt and courteous.
The hotel itself was fine, but was misrepresented during the booking process. Before booking online, this location said the shuttle was available 24 hours, which it wasn't. It also said that shuttles ran every 5-10 minutes, which it didn't, it ran every 30 minutes.
Great experience.
