Best Western Freeport was clean, helpful staff, shuttle was prompt and pleasant drivers both ways. The restaurant was just okay.
I found the hotel to be clean, and inviting. It is new, so that was an expectation. I was not disappointed. The food selection in the restaurant was varied, and the food was delicious. All the staff I encountered were helpful, polite and professinal.

Enjoyed a meal @ restaurant. Food & service was good. I did request a king bed but got 2 queen beds. We were leaving @6 am. Staff was setting up breakfast & graciously let us have some breakfast while they were setting up. I appreciated this very much! Excellent
