This was a great find! Very clean, we got a free upgrade to a suite. Super prompt shuttle and extra friendly service, and the breakfast was good too!. We were extremely pleased and grateful.

Comfort friendly staff
The hotel staff were wonderful! Friendly, helpful, professional. There were only two items that keep me from giving the hotel 5 stars are: 1) the grout between the bathroom tiles was broken up into small pieces that we stepped on, couldn’t be avoided., 2) there was no breakfast meat, either sausages or bacon, just sausage gravy which we didn’t like.

The hotel staff is friendly and professional and the hotel is clean. We left our car here for a month. The parking is uncovered, which I wasn't crazy about, but they have security cameras and security at night and checks during the daytime as well. Our car was perfectly fine. I would stay here again.
Highly Recommended! Checking in/out was easy. Although we had decided to drive back home and didn't stay as planned. Hotel was clean, Staff during check in and out was informative and helpful.. Shuttle service arrived earlier than expected and as promised. Ww were satisfied with the parking area provided. Overall, we will stay and do ParkandFly again on this hotel. Will recommend to family and friends

The staff was amazing! Rooms cleaned and all we needed was there.
The service provided by the staff, including front desk check-in and shuttle service was outstanding. The shuttle service was 24/7 which is why we selected this hotel. We had an early morning flight departure and an extremely late arrival on our return flight. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is great. The shuttle driver is very helpful and the airport shuttle came very quickly, which we appreciated as we arrived at 1:30 AM.
Very good experience Would recommend
As we live north of Chicago, the location of hotel 10 miles north of O'Hare made it easier for our drive in and out. Although our room was already new/updated, the morning we checked out, the hotel received a truckload of new furniture and fixtures, so even better amenities await future stays.
