Please have your Reservation Receipt available for reference.

Before proceeding, if your reservation indicates a remaining amount due, please call the hotel at the phone number on your Reservation Receipt. Notify them that you wish to cancel. Please request and record the cancellation number from the hotel. Failure to call the hotel may result a no-show charge. Please refer to the hotel cancellation policy at the bottom of your Reservation Receipt. Completing the form below will process a refund for the amount paid online to ParkSleepFly.com according to our cancellation policy.

ParkSleepFly.com Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund minus any penalties accessed by the hotel (see Hotel Cancellation Policy). Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties accessed by the hotel. We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

You are not required to enter a ‘Cancellation Number’ below if (and only if) your reservation is prepaid in full. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
