CLE Park - CLE Airport

Shuttle service at CLE Park are based on customer check-ins for that date. Please ensure your arrival time is the correct time. Please call the lot if your time changes.

Upon arrival at CLE Park, please park in any open space. The shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle. If you are unable to print your reservation receipt, this lot will accept a copy on a mobile device. You will check-in with the shuttle driver. If a shuttle driver is not on premises but the gate is open, the shuttle driver is at the airport with other customers and will return soon. Please have your flight information such as your flight number and airline when checking in. If you have a connecting flight upon your return, please make sure you give the second leg of your flight to the shuttle driver.

Please note, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport does not open until 4:15 AM. For this reason, CLE Park does not open until 3:45 AM. The lot will not accept customers until that time. If you have made a reservation for earlier than 3:45 AM, you will need to contact the lot at the number listed on your receipt to change your time, or your reservation may not be honored.

Due to new procedures implemented by the airport, it is recommended to drop off small children, car seats, or excessive luggage directly at the airport before parking at the lot. The lot is less than a mile from the airport.
