PreFlight Airport Parking asks that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the airport. Please see arrival instructions for your chosen parking type:
Valet Covered - Drive directly up to the valet stand on the ground floor next to the elevator lobby.
Self-Covered - Follow the "Self-Park" signs to and park anywhere on floors three or four. Take the elevator to the ground floor shuttle location where one of the lot’s shuttles leave for the airport every five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the shuttle driver. The red locator slip has directions on how to get picked up upon your return.
Self-Rooftop - Follow the "Self-Park" signs to the roof level and park anywhere on the roof. Take the elevator to the ground floor shuttle location where one of the lot’s shuttles leave for the airport every five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the shuttle driver. The red locator slip has directions on how to get picked up upon your return.
Premium Self Covered - Follow "Self-Park" signs to second level. Push the red call button as you enter that level and park anywhere on second floor. Please wait at your vehicle. A shuttle will pick you and your baggage up at your vehicle within five minutes. Be sure to get a red locator slip from the driver. The red locator slip has directions on how to get picked up upon your return.
The lot’s shuttles run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, approximately every 5 - 7 minutes.
For wheelchair accessible shuttles, please call PreFlight at least 30 minutes before you arrive at the lot so the PreFlight team can have a wheelchair accessible vehicle ready to take you to the airport. Upon your return, please contact PreFlight by phone as soon as you can as it may take up to 30 minutes for a wheelchair accessible vehicle to pick you up from the airport.
