Hotel room was clean but had a funky smell. Shuttle service was easy enough to use. It happened to be at our departure door when we walked out. We were away a week+ and car was just as we left it.

Hotel looked old- but very clean and nice.
The water was luke warm. I was never given information at check in on how to get the shuttle to pick me up till I asked at check out and then given info plus parking pass. Waited over an hour to try to get ahold of someone to come pick me up at the airport. Was told it was phone issues but told by staff the front desk didn't hang the phone up right. The only way I got ahold was calling reservations and they could not find the hotel . It took 3 people till I finally was able to have someone who found the hotel and called them to set up my ride.
Hotel room was fine /clean but hotel needs renovations .
Your hotel was average. The AC was broke in the hallways, so it was quite warm. However, our room AC worked, so it was comfortable sleeping.
Place is a dump. Room dirty. Outside of hotel in poor condition. Restaurant closed off with chairs.

The hotel is in disrepair. The exterior needs painting and maintenance. While the bedding appeared fresh, the room was not clean. There were large stains on the wall under the desk, and filthy dirt surrounding the cords and outlets. The curtains were torn and did not open/close correctly. The worse thing, however, was at the end of the trip. I called for the shuttle at10:09am, using the number on the slip of paper I had been provided.i followed the voicemail instruction and got the front desk. The woman was hard to understand, but she scolded me for not choosing he correct number, although I did what the recording said. She said she would tell the driver. I waited half an hour, and saw every other hotel shuttle, some twice in that time. Finally at 10:39, I called the number again and ignored the voicemail instructions and pressed 0. After many rings, I got presumably the driver who said he would come right away. Twelve minutes later, he pulled up in a Wyndham Gardens van, although the hotel is now called The Majestic." So finally finally after 42 minutes of waiting, he drove the 12 minutes to the hotel in a dirty van with a seat belt that did not buckle. I would never stay in this facility again, even if I had to pay much more to stay elsewhere. I have stayed at other Park/Sleep/ Fly facilities and never have had this experience before. They should disassociate themselves from this hotel.
The room was overly hot with a broken AC unit. Reported it and hotel did not follow back up with me if another room was available. Room was not very clean with spiders noted. And worst of all the charged me twice!

Hotel is run down and shuttle never picked us up at the airport!
The hotel is run down and in bad shape. The front desk clerk was unhappy and unhelpful on the first and last day of our stay. Overall, I would rather pay twice as much and stay somewhere else. Not a nice hotel.
The hotel was really nice, great service, courteous staff, and turns out it was very close to a great Asian restaurant. I had the same great driver both ways, and it felt so good returning for my car that was parked just 100’ away. Will use again next year when planning my AK trip.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. But hallways need an update and some working air conditioning in these hallways. Place needs some sprucing up.
Hotel is fine, but the shuttle broke down and was not operational the morning that we had to fly. We had to take a taxi and pay a fee.
Hotel over all very bad experience
The hotel smells. The 6th floor was HOT with no AC. We had to change rooms because our room AC wasn’t working. The e beds were uncomfortable. Will never stay at this hotel again.
We love using this hotel when we fly out of Philadelphia early in the morning. Reasonably priced and the shuttle service is excellent. No issues with leaving your vehicle there for the week. Promptly picks you up upon your return flight. We will use again and again.
This hotel was hot and dated. There was a smell in the lobby. We were scheduled for shuttle service but the shuttle was filled and we almost missed our flight.
