Room would not cool and was very humid. Wouldn’t stay again. Staff was friendly.

Very busy when we checked in - asked about shuttle but was not given correct information. Never had to use my room key card to turn on lights in my room before and the explanation from the front desk staff was quite disjointed - poor English explanation. There was only 1 front desk staff member on site when we checked in and there were numerous customers coming and going at that time (about 8 pm). She appeared very harried. Check out was much smoother. Towels were in the shower and it was hard to turn on the shower and regulate it as the whole handle and guard was not well secured. It was hard to move the shower head which was aimed directly at the shower door.

I was overcharged by the Hotel after checkout. Have called twice on separate days to resolve. Left message with the accounting department. Yet to receive a callback. Will try once more today. If unsuccessful, will dispute charge with credit card company.
