If you are booking a PFS [reverse PSF, i.e., Park, Fly & Sleep (sleep at the end of your trip)], please book your ride to the Airport few hours in advance of your arrival at the hotel by calling the front desk at (440) 234-3131 prior to arrival. Please inform the Front Desk at the time of check-in that you are a PSF/PFS guest and fill out the PSF form. Please be accurate in mentioning your return date & ETA. Please forget not to mention AM/PM besides the time. Instructions for return shuttle from the Airport: Please call on the given phone no. as soon as you land (from within the flight) and intimate no. of persons and checked-in bags. Call on that phone no. once more as soon as you collect your baggage and exit through Door # 7 (located opposite Baggage Claim Conveyer Belt # 11) towards Passenger Pick Up and wait there. Someone will be there to pick you up within few minutes if you had timely intimated on the given no. as mentioned earlier. Also, please notify hotel in advance if your return flight is rescheduled; this will save you from unnecessary long waiting for the shuttle.
