You need not contact the hotel in advance if you are staying with us in the beginning of your journey. All your worries about ride to-and-from the Airport will be taken care by Front Desk staff at the time of check-in. Kindly notify the Front Desk staff, at the time of check-in, that you are Park Sleep and Fly guest. However, you are required to book your ride from the hotel to the airport at least few hours to a day in advance if you are not staying at the hotel in the beginning of your journey but at the END. You can book your ride from the Hotel to the airport by calling the Hotel on (440) 234-3131 couple hours in advance if you are not sleeping at the hotel in the beginning of your journey but at the end. Your return ride from the Airport to the Hotel will be taken care by Front Desk by letting you fill-up a PSF form. Please forget not to notify Front Desk at the time of check-in or beginning of your journey that you are PSF guest and would require ride from the Airport to the Hotel on your return. Instructions for return shuttle from the Airport: On your return, please call (not text) Neil on 216-255-8205 (from within the flight) as soon as your flight lands at Cleveland Airport & confirm total no. of passengers & checked-in bags for the ride. Please make a special mention if you are carrying any oversized baggage/object, such as ski-boards. Thereafter, call Neil again as soon as you collect your luggage if you have checked-in bags; otherwise call him as soon as you start deboarding the plane if you don't have any checked-in bag, and then exit through Door # 7 (located opposite Baggage Claim Conveyer Belt # 11) to "Passenger Pick Up" and wait for him. You will not have to wait any longer at the Airport for the ride to the hotel if you call him twice as requested here. Please forget not to notify him by text message from your registered mobile number in advance if there is any change in your ETA. Please call Front Desk on 440-234-3131 if you can't contact him despite repeated attempts.
